How long will it take you to set up the fax to email service? A. Once you have paid your one off £5 charge we will allocate a fax number straight away. The number will be live and working as soon as your payment has cleared. Q. How do you accept the £5 set up fee? A. We currently accept the Major Credit Cards, BACS, CHAPS, Paypa and cheque. If you pay by Paypal or Credit Card your fax to email number will be live straight away. If you pay by cheque or BACS we do have to wait for the amount to clear. Q. What if i change my email address can i receive faxes to my new address? A. Yes, you will have to notify us by calling 08453 666555 and we will make the change on our servers so that your faxes can be directed to your new email address. Q. The service is £5 to set up are there any other hidden charges? A. No. We do not charge our customers another penny for receiving the faxes to email. We make our money from the calls that are being received to your fax number. Q. What is the difference between and 0845 number, 0844 number or 0871 number. A. The only difference is the cost that it will cost people to fax you. If you take an 0845 fax to email number it will cost the caller up to 4p per minute to fax you, if you take an 0844 number it will cost people 5p per minute to fax you and if you take an 0871 number it will cost people 10p per minute to fax you. We have no preference what number you take from us for your fax to email service. Q. Do you provide fax to email services on other numbers? A. Yes, we provide fax to email services on International Toll Free Numbers, 0800 numbers and Virtual UK Landline Numbers (01 or 02 numbers).
